Refund policy
§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

A Buyer who is a consumer and concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller by submitting a withdrawal statement either by post to ul. Podchorążych 116, 94-234 Łódź or electronically to artbycorvis@gmail.com.

If the withdrawal statement is submitted electronically, the Seller shall promptly confirm its receipt.

Returned goods must be complete and show no signs of use beyond ordinary handling. The original sales document must be included.

The Buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

The Buyer must return the goods immediately and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

If the goods are incomplete or damaged, the Seller may refuse the return or reduce the refund accordingly.

The refund will be processed promptly and no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as used for the original transaction.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.

Goods made to order or according to the client's specifications are not eligible for return (as per Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).
